As we were selling the house remotely from California her assistance with all aspects of the sale from understanding the market and proper pricing, to preparing the house for the market and completion of the transaction was invaluable. She is very organized handling all aspects of the preparation for sale. She has excellent communication skills and incredible attention to detail making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Like most people, we would browse all the online sites for our dream home, saving favorites and doing the exploring on our own. It was fun, but not productive. Then by chance we met Lisa Loche who was hosting an open house in a neighborhood that interested us. The house was not for us, but the area was. And Lisa, being a good listener, figured out in a 5-minute casual visit what we wanted. We heard back from her the next day. She found an upcoming listing that was exactly what we wanted, in the right price range and in the hot market we needed to move rapidly. At the time the home was not listed on any of the online sites. With Lisa’s help we quickly made a visit, made a competitive offer, and ended up closing. But this was not without drama, which required a great Buyer’s agent. Our offer above listing price did not win at first, but with Lisa’s constant follow-up our backup offer finally won and had a fast close. While most of this process was unfolding, we went on a pre-planned cruise which left Lisa with most of the heavy lifting on the sale. Lisa was there for all the inspections, got up on a 16’ ladder to verify the roof inspection…three times. She managed the sewer, pest and other inspections and helped us through some stormy times with inspections until we got a great home in the right neighborhood at the right price.
